Community Advisory Board

Mission Statement

The Community Advisory Board of the Parents and Children Together (PACT) initiative promotes the health and well-being of children, youth, and families from diverse backgrounds by working with Penn State researchers to ensure that projects engage the community and are culturally sensitive. The CAB consists of community leaders, community members, and Penn State researchers who share a common interest in the health and well-being of the community. The Community Advisory Board works with Penn State researchers to achieve the mission by providing commentary and feedback on research conducted in the Harrisburg area, as well as partnering with Penn State investigators on various projects.
