The 2024–25 grant recipients were Dauphin County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA; $4,000) and Steelton-Highspire School District (SHSD; $1,000). PACT received permission to use the remaining $5,000 to settle internal financial deficits.
- Dauphin County CASA used the award to support the recruiting and training of new Dauphin County CASA volunteers, who advocate for children and families in foster care through best interest advocacy in the dependency court system.
- SHSD used the award to establish a community-wide SHSD Advisory Council aimed at improving educational experiences and outcomes for all district students.
