Rosemary Browne, CEO of Alder Health Services, has been providing essential healthcare services for 37 years. Alder Health’s mission is to service individuals living with HIV and AIDS, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. Their comprehensive services include primary care, behavioral and mental health support, and pharmaceutical care.
Alder Health also offers a pharmacy discount program and an onsite pharmacy. Currently, the organization operates three offices in Harrisburg and three in Lancaster, PA.
Given the disproportionate impact of HIV and AIDS on Black and Brown communities, Browne emphasized the importance of targeted outreach and education. She is particularly committed to informing communities about what it means to care for LGBTQ+ young adults, with a special focus on supporting transgender individuals.
